Hon. and Mrs. J. Leonard O’Brien, Nelson-Miramichi, left on Sunday to spend a few days in Montreal.

Arthur Roy of Douglastown left last Monday to visit relatives and friends in Toronto, Ottawa and Kingston, Ontario.

Mr. and Mrs. Cuthbert Whitney spent a few days last week in Riverview Heights, guests of their daughter, Mrs. W.C. Bates, Mr. Bates and family.

Mrs. David Richardson of Coral Gables, Florida arrived last week to spend some time with her mother, Mrs. A.S. Cameron, Douglastown.

Constable and Mrs. Ralph Gilks of Dalhousie were recent weekend guests at the home of his parents in Millerton.

Miss Mary Miller and Miss Susan Beere sailed March 23 on the Queen Elizabeth II, from New York to Barbados via the Virgin Islands. They will spend a week in Barbados and also a few days in Bermuda enroute home.

Mrs. Arden Court and son Paul of Fleurant Point, Quebec, spent last week with her sister, Mrs. G.E. Irlam and Mr. Irlam.

Mr. and Mrs. PaulVanVlack and daughters Judy and Jane of Toronto are spending the Easter holiday season in South Carolina.

Miss Aileen Creaghan spent a week in Montreal recently guest of Mr. and Mrs. John McManus and Mrs. Gerald Creaghan. While there she attended the wedding of Miss Ellen McManus and Robert Collins at Assumption Church on March 14.

Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Shanahan of Nelson-Miramichi returned home last week from a visit to Dartmouth, N.S. where they were guests of their son-in-law and daughter Lt. Com. and Mrs. G.A. More for a couple of weeks.

Miss Louise McCabe of Montreal spent last week with her mother, Mrs. C.P. Mc- Cabe and her aunt, Miss Clare L. Lawlor.

Mrs. A.H. Wallace of Moncton was the weekend guest of her cousin, Dr. J.A.I. MacMillan and Mrs. MacMillan.

Mr. and Mrs. James Kingston, Edmundston, spent last weekend with his sister, Mrs. G.C. Beatteay and Mr. Beatteay.

Mr. and Mrs. G.A. Percy Smith and daughter Janice of Ottawa are spending the Easter recess of Parliament at their home here. Gerald and David Smith, students at UNB, Fredericton will spend the Easter weekend with their parents.
