Third Maritime Idol finalist named

In the article, "Maritime Idol finale this weekend" on page A5 of the Wednesday, July 23, edition of the paper the name of a third local Maritime Idol participant who is still in the finals was inadvertently omitted. Michelle Jardine, 14, of Blackville, is in the Top 13 Finale of Maritime Idol. Readers can vote free online once every 24 hours at www.maritimeidol.com, or as often as they wish prior to the finale via cell phone text message at a cost of $2 per vote. The Miramichi Leader regrets the error and apologizes for any inconvenience or embarrassment it may have caused.
