Hi! I am a little black female manx cat, and this is one of my kittens. Manx cats are born without a tail, so we are rather unique.We haven’t been here very long and we are hoping that the fact that we are manx cats will override the fact that we are black cats and people will want to adopt us for the novelty of having a tailless cat.

Cream shortening, butter and sugar; add vanilla, and soda dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water. Add salt and flour. Lastly, add oatmeal. Take 1 teaspoon dough, roll in ball and mash down with fork. Bake in moderate oven.

This April 28, one of our local doctors, Dr. Tiffany Keenan, made her way to Haiti for her fifth visit for the opening of a new clinic there. Each year the local doctors have the Annual Doctors with Heart Variety Show. The money raised is donated to sponsor medical care in the impoverished country of Haiti.
