Skateboard competition, demonstration Sunday

Check out the Miramichi Skate Park this Sunday, July 27. At 12 p.m., registration will begin for a skateboard competition, and beginning at 12:30 p.m. there will be a skateboard demonstration by the Globe Flow Team. This amateur skateboard team has boarders from around the Atlantic provinces.

At 1:30 p.m. the skate board competition will begin, with beginner and open divisions. These events are free of charge to all spectators. Everyone is invited to come out and enjoy an afternoon of skateboarding. This event is co-sponsored by JJ's Boardshop and the Miramichi Community Wellness and Recreation Department.
